Sunset Ceremony to mark Beltane
May 1 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

It’s a beautiful week, so we’re celebrating and giving thanks on May 1st in an outdoor sunset ceremony to mark Beltane
Beltane was celebrated on May 1st for thousands of years by the Celts to mark the beginning of summer and celebrate the fertility of the earth and is still recognised and celebrated internationally as Mayday and workers day.
We’ll be meditating, drumming, chanting and singing to create a beautiful energy to set our intentions for the summer and release what we need to, and have a soundbath of gongs, singing bowls, and percussion.
Come and join us, bring your instruments, voices and intentions and something to sit or lie down on and stuff to keep warm… All are welcome, PAYF there’s a beautiful sunset at this location, we’ll be starting at 6pm, just down from the playground.
Postcode for the carpark is LS12 4HG
